Classic Blast Machine-Model 2452

Description

FSV (Flat Sand Valve)

Description

The FSV is a manual pressure-release metering valve designed for use with Classic blast machines of 2 cuft and larger. It is suitable for use with expendable minerals and slag abrasives. It is not recommended for plastic media and metallic media.

MQV (Manual Quantum Valve)

Description

The MQV is a manual pressure-release valve for Classic and Contractor blasting machines. It is a secure and reliable manual valve. MQV is capable of performing with precision and consistency.

GritWizard Metering Valve

Description:

The GritWizard is a pressure-hold metering valve, which is pneumatically operated. It’s designed for use with all types of blast machines that are equipped with ACS or PH remotes. It is a versatile metering valve, which performs well with almost all common media types.

AQV (Auto Quantum Valve)

Description:

The AQV is an abrasive cut-off and automatic pressure-release valve. It works for all types of blast machines using pressure-hold remotes or ACS. It is also recommended for Job order blast machines, except Aerolyte.

Media Type: AQV is suitable for most types of media. However, it’s not recommended for lightweight media.

AQV-H Auto Quantum Valve Heavy-Duty

Description: 

AQV-H is highly recommended for high-production applications. It is compatible with almost all blast machines with pressure-hold remotes or ACS. Not suitable for Aerolyte.

Sentinel Valve

This valve is specifically designed for blast machines with pressure release remotes or ACS. Also works with most industrial blast machines.

Media Type: Use with most media, including abrasives coarser than 50 mesh. The plunger requires 50 to 70 psi to fully open.
